• Simple and efficient separation of PBMCs (lymphocytes and mononuclear cells) from blood or bone marrow
• Concentration directly from whole blood
• Rapid separation in 15 minutes at room temperature
• During centrifugation, lymphocytes and mononuclear cells are separated from unwanted elements by density gradient and concentrate in a phase above the separating medium
• When separation is complete, at the time of harvest, the porous barrier minimizes contamination of the enriched fraction with red blood cells
• Pre-filled with LeucosepTM separation medium (density 1.077 g/ml)
• Available unfilled for use with all other separation media on the market
