Grinder consists of a conical bottom cylinder with reservoir and a pestle with a conical end. Ideal for grinding and homogenising hard and difficult cells. Pestle-cylinder clearance: 0.1 to 0.15 mm.
Enables a double action: • initial grinding by the cylindrical part of the pestle; • very fine homogenisation in the conical bottom.
5 models are available: • all glass: glass pestle and cylinder (A); • all glass with a plastic coated film (this model protects the user if the grinder accidentally breaks) (B); • glass cylinder and PTFE pestle on steel rod (C); • glass cylinder with screw cap and PTFE joint with PTFE pestle on steel rod (D); • glass cylinder with screw cap and PTFE joint with PTFE pestle on striated steel rod: very high grinding capacity (E).
