The Multiscreen-PCR is a 96-well plate with ultrafiltration membrane specially developed for the purification of PCR products. It is used for applications such as sequencing, genotyping, preparing microarrays or cloning applications. The 10 minute procedure (loading of wells, filtration under pressure, re-suspension of the DNA) does not involve any washing, solvents or salts and enables optimal recovery of samples with a very high degree of purity.
