A fixed frame with removable strips of wells... With their standard microplate format, Nunc plates with modular strips have the same applications as standard Nunc immuno plates.
The bottom of the well is either flat, flat with rounded corners or Starwell. Starwell wells have 8 fins which increase the surface area and sensitivity by 50 %.

Two surface options:
• The plates with a MAXISORP surface have a high affinity to proteins: 600 to 650 ng d'IgG per cm². They provide outstanding results when high sensitivity is required.
Plates with a POLYSORP surface have an average adsorption capacity: 200 to 250 ng d'IgG per cm². Ideal for Elisa or serology applications and when certain antigens have an affinity in the first layer.
