• qPCR results obtained in only 30 minutes depending on thermocycler performance (optimized for qPCR Mic thermocyclers (Cat No. 634001 and 634002)
• Mix also available with ROX or PURPLE dye for thermocyclers requiring a reference signal for data normalization.

• Ready to use: addition of matrix, primers, probes and water only
• The qPCR 5X buffer contains: 16,5 mM MgCl? (1x PCR solution 3,3 mM MgCl?), dNTPs (dATP, dCTP, dGTP, dUTP) and additives to ensure maximum efficiency of the PCR reaction
• The mix includes Uracil-DNA glycosylase (UNG)enzyme and dUTPs enzyme instead of dTTPs
• Reduces the risk of cross-contamination by eliminating DNA from previous PCR reaction:
- the uracil-DNA glycosylase (UNG) enzyme degrades the DNA containing uracil residues at the beginning of the reaction, before being inactivated during the activation phase of the polymerase
- the dUTPs are incoporated instead of dTTPs during the DNA elongation step
