Bellco roller apparatus has been designed for the production of cellular biomass using the technology of roller bottles.
The non-modular roller apparatus is composed of a base module (containing the motor) and layered shelves (9 or 10 depending on the version), each of which is composed of drums that can pull either 10 roller bottles at 850 cm² or 5 rollers at 1700 cm².
The modular roller apparatus enables the production capacity to be increased and adjusted according to laboratory needs. The base of the apparatus pulls 5 drums (either 10 rollers at 850 cm² or 5 rollers at 1700 cm²). Each additional shelf enables 5 or 10 more rollers to be pulled, and a maximum of 8 shelves can be added.

This roller apparatus provides additional security at the electricity supply level through an incorporated battery that guarantees a back-up supply of 18 to 36 hours depending on the conditions of use. Sonor and visual alarms alert users in the event of system malfunction.
