Medium for the detection and enumeration of Listeria monocytogenes.

• Storage: 2 - 25 °C
• Incubation: 35 ± 2 °C for 18 - 24 h

Supplements to be reconstituted in 5 ml of a water/acetone mixture (1:1). For 500 ml of medium.
• 1 Bottle of Lipase C substrate
• 1 Bottle containing: 50 mg Cycloheximide + 10 mg Ceftazidime + 10 mg Nalidixic acid + 38350 IU Polymyxin B

Pre-poured medium:
• Storage: 2 - 14 °C
• SLED at time of manufacture: 3 months
