• The 'freezing' insulated cartridge can be placed in a -80 °C freezer to reduce the start-up time (place at least 6 hours beforehand at -80 °C) and increase the freezing time
• For the 'cooling' isothermal cartridge once taken out of the freezer, it should be placed on the bench for about 10-15 minutes until a temperature of 1 °C is reached (temperature indicator on the cartridge)
