If you place several orders a month, the Dutscher Green Contract is for you! Dutscher offers to refund* part of your delivery charges, even if you haven’t paid them.
Every day, we dispatch thousands of parcels. Each order involves one or more shipments, and every shipment has a carbon footprint. However, we can grow our business with your laboratory whilst reducing our carbon footprint thanks to the Dutscher Green Contract. This is an agreement whereby our customers agree to organise themselves to consolidate their orders further whilst increasing their purchase volume with Dutscher. When these conditions are met, Dutscher undertakes to refund them a portion of the savings made on transport costs, even if the shipment was sent carriage paid.
Dutscher has set up a reforestation programme that involves planting trees and restoring forested areas in France. To encourage people to choose more environmentally friendly products, Dutscher is committed to planting a tree for every order of GoGreen items worth 500 euros or more, excluding VAT.
To take part in this programme, simply add the part number 473360 ("tree GoGreen reforestation action") to your order of GoGreen products. This free initiative, fully funded by Dutscher, will help you improve your carbon footprint.
Your laboratories use consumables transported by plane, boat, or lorry, which generate a carbon footprint. We estimate that transporting one ton of consumables can generate up to 130 kg of CO₂.
Since one tree absorbs an average of 35 kg of CO₂ per year, 4 trees need to be planted to 'neutralise' the impact of transporting one ton of plastic.
For every 250 kg of plastic supplied to your establishment, we will have 1 tree planted in your name (for carbon neutrality), and we'll top it up with 1 additional tree, i.e. 2 trees planted for every 250 kg of plastic.
There are no obligations, and the programme is fully funded by Dutscher: all you have to do is join Green Path for the Forest and we take the necessary steps for you.
Dutscher offers a free service to set up and recover boxes for your polypropylene waste related to tips. We take back your tip-racks and entrust them to a French recycling company, which will give them a new life.

In order to limit the waste associated with the shipment of heat-sensitive products, Dutscher offers a free service for the return of KEEPCOOL cold packs.
The conditions are set out in the commitment charter, which you simply need to complete to sign up to this service.
With this simple gesture, you can now extend the life of your cold packs, which will benefit from several uses before reaching the end of their life.
Dutscher has teamed up with PAN-Biotech to offer you recycling of your empty media and reagent bottles. All brands of bottles purchased through Dutscher can be taken back, provided they are made exclusively of PET or HDPE and are not contaminated.
